Lime Basil Sorbet

Easy peasy lime basil sorbet, tangy with the subtle fragrance of basil, match in heaven.


1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
About 30 basil leaves

1. Boil the sugar and water for about a minute.

2. Blend the sugar syrup, lime juice and basil leaves till fully combined.

3. Pour into a container and freeze for about 2 hours.

4. Blend the frozen mixture and return to freezer. 


Scoop and enjoy! Feels really guilt free:).
